How much horsepower will I gain?
Results do vary and can sometimes take up to 2 weeks/100 miles to see results due to computer OBD2 learning. Stage 1 recalibrates the ignition and fuel based on the variables such as the fuel octane, ambient air temp and other sensors in addition to driving style.

How does this product work?
Using your OBD on board computer port - plugs right in - our product modifies signals sent to your vehicles ECU computer. The module optimizes functions such as ignition timing, air fuel mixture, fuel maps and produces more power and better gas mileage. The ECU of modern vehicles controls a series of actuators on an internal combustion engine to ensure the optimum running. It does this by reading values from a multitude of sensors within the engine bay, interpreting the data using multidimensional performance maps (Look-up tables), and adjusting the engine actuators accordingly.

Stage 1 chip
This product gave my 06 Jetta 2.5 almost an instant improvement in throttle response, engine idle, and I can bet if I had the chance to Dyno the car, that it would definitely show the improvements I stated. Unfortunately I don't have that ability. I take great pride in a fine running vehicle and mostly maintenance the Jetta myself. I was looking for a cost-effective performance upgrade and came across this product and I have to say I am impressed. Going to order one for my son's 2012 golf 2.5 definitely. I would recommend to anyone!

I recently purchased a Stage 1 for my 2017 VW Touareg and to say it does what it is advertised to do would be an understatement.
