Installation

Remove the MAF from factory box, unclip and set aside.
Tools: Phillips screwdriver.
-Remove green clip on the wire harness from factory box.
-unlatches top lid of factory air box.
-loosen hose clamp to top lid air box.
-Remove top lid and filter.
- take note of the direction the MAF will need to point and what end of the adapter are you adding your filter to,
the arrow on the MAF shows the direction of air flow, dipping your finger in water and wet the hole of the adapter,
install maf on adapter, push firmly so the sensor sits in completely.
-line up MAF sensor holes with pre drilled holes and screw the screws in firmly, (do not over tighten do not cross thread)
after MAF is tight there will be a small 1 mm space between MAF and adapter where the screws line up.
-Add your 3" filter to the proper end and tighten your hose clamp.
-Attach the unit to the factory flex tube and tighten hose clamp, make note of MAF and where it will plug in.
- plug in MAF , double check your work and your done.

You may want to add a zip tie to hold the filter down, depending on which one you got you may need some foam to protect it from
factory air box. I would inspect it after running a few days. I am available for tech support if needed.
