Do you ship international?
Yes, but please agree to much longer shipping times with your regular mail. We ship USPS First Class or Priority only for Canada.
Other countries are shipped express with signature required.
How fast can I expect my item?
If there are no problems with your order, we typically ship in 48 hours. Please allow:
- 7 days for delivery within USA
- 7-14 days for Canada/PR/APO
- 7-10 days if international via Express
Do you ship to Canada, PR or APO/FPO?
Yes, we ship to any destination in the world. We ship USPS. Please make sure your address can accept USPS regular mail.
Will any of the products sold on this website void my warranty?
Legally, a car manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can solidly prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson-Moss warranty Act (15 U.S.C.2302(C))."NO vehicle manufacturer or dealer may make conditional its warranty because an aftermarket product has been installed on the vehicle."
Where can I take my vehicle to get the performance item installed?
We generally recommend you goto a private shop which deals with aftermarket parts on a regular basis. We do not recommend your car brands original dealer, as they charge exorbitant rates and have no experience in installation of aftermarket parts. The dealer maybe the best place to take your car for regular maintenance but not for performance upgrades.
Where do you test and design you products?
Most of our products are designed and manufactured in Germany/USA. We have been featured in many European magazines such as Auto Portal Review and Auto MotorSport.
