Installation is fairly easy and only involves removal of your factory air box.
Basic tools are required including screw drivers and socket wrenches to remove the factory air box. You can also search on YouTube for videos showing air box removal for your vehicle.
Most customers can install an aftermarket air intake within 1 hour
It is advised to RESET your battery terminal for a few seconds so your engine computer can re-learn the increase in air flow. Always disconnect your battery when performing engine work.

Cold air intake
This is a very good intake system for the money but the only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is for 2 reasons. 1. The bracket that comes with the install system to help support the filter is very very weak. And where you are suppose to install it is not very sturdy. Most videos I saw online people still resorted to using a zip tie to secure the filter so it wouldn’t bounce around. Not a big deal but kind of annoying. 2. Is there are no instruction in the box. Your left to your own imagination on how to install this system. There is an internet link they provide but those instructions are almost useless. They aren’t in order and the pictures they have are very low quality so basically useless. Otherwise the system has veen working great so far and it saved me a lot of money when comparing it to k&n or other brands.
