Shipping Delivery Time
All orders are shipped within 48 hours from our East Coast Warehouse. We ship USPS (United States Regular Mail). Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days after your order is placed. International customers, please allow 14 days for arrival. If a package requires more time before shipping, we will make an effort to contact you.
Payment Methods
Credit Cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay. Billing and Shipping address must match if order is paid with Credit Card.
Warranty/Returns
PerformanceChipTuning is dedicated to its customers. Many products carry a lifetime warranty while others will have standard 30 day return policy period.
PerformanceChipTuning offers a 30-Day Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt you may send the product back for a refund according to our requirements: All products returned must be in new condition, original packaging. Restocking fee applies if the product does not appear in new condition. Examples include missing box, scratches and damages. Shipping costs are not refundable. We reserve the right to charge shipping fee and credit card processing fee's paid in the transaction.
Please contact customer service via email or our website for Return Authorization before you send back any part.
Return Policy
Merchandise Return
For returns, please Email us within 30 days. Once an approval has been granted by email, please mail the products back to the address provided by our sales team. Products must be packaged in original boxes and returned within 7 days of the return authorization. Failure to do so will void your return. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if in new condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipment costs. PerformanceChipTuning under no circumstance will refund the customer for initial and return shipping costs.
All returns without authorization are subject to refusal.
Products returned damaged, or Not in Retail/Sellable condition will be returned back to the customer given store credit
All returns must be accompanied with a delivery confirmation or signature delivery to show prove of delivery to our warehouse.
Under no circumstance will we be liable for installation labor costs, for installation, installation errors, and/or removal of a part ordered from this site.
Please allow up to 30 days for refund to process
Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse shipments or provide incorrect shipping addresses are required to re-pay shipping costs. If customer cancels order after shipment is made, customer is required to pay up to a 25% restocking fee. We have the right to deduct up to 25% restocking fee for refused or wrong address orders.
Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, PerformanceChipTuning can send a replacement out without charge to the customer. However, if customer decides to cancel the order, customer will be required to pay a 25% restocking fee.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations must be done promptly before and order is shipped. We ship daily so it’s essential to call or email us within hours of placing your order to be able to cancel the order. All cancellations which have been charged are subject to 10% cancellation fee which covers our processing fees.

Shipping fees or or faster shipping fees are not refundable
Order Error
If merchandise ordered has not been received, please email or call us within business hours. We will work with you to promptly investigate the location of your order.

Any damage caused by modifications, improper installation, or improper use is the sole responsibility of the customer and not that of the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer. The customer is responsible for any associated costs including repairs and service, damages or liabilities incurred.
- Parts can only be returned and accepted according to the PerformanceChipTuning.com Return Policy (see above).
- Due to their subjective nature, PCT does not guarantee performance or ride quality of customer's vehicle.
- Intake Kits Are Sold For Off-Road Use Only. We Hold No Responsibility Either Implied Or Otherwise For Mechanical, Electrical Or Other Failure When Using Any Aftermarket Performance Products.
- Some intakes are not legal for sale or use on any pollution controlled motor vehicle in California/NY and are for off road use only.
- PURCHASE DISCLAIMER: PerformanceChipTuning.com does not condone the use of emission defeat devices for any vehicles used on public streets or roadways. PerformanceChipTuning.com will not tamper, remove, disable, or bypass emissions equipment on a motor vehicle in accordance with 40 CFR Section 86.1854.12(a)(3), Clean Air Act 40 CFR 1068.101(b). This includes software, known as tunes, that reprogram a motor vehicles electronic control module to alter engine performance and enable the removal of filters, catalysts, and other critical emissions controls.
Pricing & Errors
Prices shown and stock availability are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, PerformanceChipTuning.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel said line item within the order, or the entire order. In such case, the customer will receive a credit for the canceled amount.
Partial Shipments
Occasionally your product will be shipped at a different time and it may arrive separate from another of our four warehouses across the US.
